How much space should there be?

Hey all. New to Jeepz. First post and probably a dumb question but...
How much space should I have between wheels and flares? I bought a 2005 TJ Sport with 3" Rusty's lift & 33" BFG's. I noticed that the front looked lower than the rear so I measured. 4 3/4" in the front, 7 1/4" in the back. Stock bumpers, no winch. Is it sagging springs, or someting else, or is this normal? I've been reading alot in the forums and realize the front should be a little lower. What can I do to get back some of the height, coil spacers? Thanks in advance for any advice.

Sorry; could not resist. I am not too familiar with the TJ, but at least for YJ's I understand that a 4" lift will barely clear 33" tires. Basically, you should have enough clearance so that there is no rubing when the suspension is fully compressed...
