here are pics of the 3 shifting levers and the hydraulic unit under front bumper --does the third lever activate the hydraulics to a missing winch maybe?
Your jeep has a t-18 tc, it has 2 high and 2 low and 4h and 4L and third shifter is for a pto. Assuming that it works you can go find a winch and you'd be set.
