You can decipher the part number and see it's a 4" TJ kit. Tough to tell besides that.

Includes their Hydro shocks and a pitman arm.

skyjacker is a well known company,your not getting much but coils are cheaper than leaf springs which contributes some to the low price. i don't see any thing about track bars how ever and your tj has 2 that need to be adressed.

Not only track bars but you will need to purchase brake line extensions, and a transfer case lower kit or go for the better deal and get a SYE kit and a new rear drive shaft.
I tried to look up the part number on Sky Jackers web site, no match.
Try calling 4 wheel parts and seeing if they can cross reference to a sky jacker part number that works on there web site so you can see what your buying.
As 4+ inch lifts goes, long arms are the ticket, in my opinion they not only maintain the ride quality, but improve on due to the longer articulation of the longer control arms.
