Different Engine (more power)

After running my I-6 for 2 years in all sorts of conditions, I have decided I need more torque for the move to 35's I want to make. The plan is to build a 350 chevy motor with horsepower output between 300 and 350. My question is what are the limiting factors in the drivetrain going to be. I think the Dana 300 transfer case is plenty strong with the possible exception of the tailshaft which can be replaced. The AMC 20 diff in the rear will need one piece axles (most likely will go with Moser) and some axle housing work including truss. I guess my question revolves around the Dana 30 up front and the T-176 transmission. Am I looking for disaster with that much engine and if so what are the possible options for upgrade. Also planned is a spring over conversion to help make room for the larger rubber. What kind of work in the rear the prevent axle wrap needs to be performed. Help!!!!
