I am putting in a new engine in the Ol' Jeep because the 2.5L just wasn't going to work out. So after looking around I think that I am leaning towards a 350 simply because it has a reasonable amount of power and there is a large availability of parts in my area. So after looking around I found this..
Chevy 350 4 Boltmain Engine

Also I know that it won't pass inspection but that really doesn't matter to much to me, just because I live in a town that inspection isn't to much of a big deal.

There are web sites to get all the parts you need for motor mounts and stuff like that.Only thing that may become a problem is the carb on steep hills.

It should fit.

Novak adapters should have all of the stuff youll need to swap it in, but youll need a new transmission, driveshafts, axles etc.

And emissions is a pretty important thing. If you live in a spot where it's not needed, it would be a great swap. But if it's required you wouldn't pass and all that work would be for nothing >_<
