2005 Jeep Wrangler X acceleration lunge!

I'm a newbie. Only had my Jeep about a year. recently, my Jeep has these unexpected lunges in acceleration when I'm sitting idle at a stop light or slowing into a parking spot. My foot is usually on the brake when it happens and it only does it when I'm slowing down or idle. Any suggestions?

is it an auto? Is it when it is shifting into first? Might be a IAC issue, does it idle high?

It's an automatic and it doesn't idle high at all.
