Cold Air Intake

I have an 01 wrangler with a 2.5, 5 speed, 4:11 gears, and 31x10.50x15 tires and was wondering if a cold air intake would give me any more power, or be just a waste of money. I realize it will never be a powerhouse.8)

well Vic, I had almost the same setup. I had the 4cly and a six speed and put the cold air from airaid on it. I'm sure it helped a little, but changing to 4.88s was the best money i spent. The thing I like the Most about the cold air is I don't ever have to buy a filter. Twice a year I just clean it.

it is worth the money.hell i would have paid double if I knew i would have made that big of diffrence.I got mine on ebay for $65 shipped.

Money well spent.Made my 4.0 litre breathe way easier.
