just wondering what is involved with rewiring my 79 cj. Can i install a new wiring harness, or should i just get it done professionally. and what kind of pricing are we talking about? the whole problem may just involve the horn wiring. My dash instruments cut off whenever i use anything electrical on the jeep (lights, horn, etc...). and my battery won't recharge. but if i jump the jeep it will run, the voltage reads at 11 though. what should i do?[addsig]
