Pat yourself on the back man! That looks like clean work from where I'm sitting! Wanna build mine next?

First off, great fab work, looks ****! If you cut that on a cybermation table (like torchmate), hope you saved the program because you could probably sell that. but.. one question how hot does it get under there in the summer with the sun beating on the aluminum and no top on?

Had it on Spring,Summer,Fall with no problems. Will be putting a black one on this Spring, might have to make vents.:D

just don't want the ice in teh cooler melting too quick :)

seriously, if you have a program, you should try to market this on your own, or at least to a large vendor, have them "BUY" you design, just make sure you pattent it first.

I like the tie downs also..You could do with some type of mount for Hi-Lift jack also.Great design and many ways to change and customize it.

Dont bother listening to some of the mentally challanged here, looks like a good job, heckuva lot better than mine,I went the cheap route and used plywood, but it was practical for me when getting firewood for the campfire I dont want to be bothered about scratching anything,I have angle iron supporting my plywood trunk top so that it can hold the weight of a person, good job bro.

Have you thought about making one for a tj? Not a trunk but something to cover the entire backseat area? A diamond plate cover for that would badarse.

I think I will make this for my YJ eventually. Not a chrome diamond plate, but black diamond plate or just painted steel would look pretty sweet.

one thing I'd say RizzoHD, is don't waste the money and material on making the "back"- or at least a back all the way to the floor. Personally I think the seats would be enough of a back to contain most anything you put in there. Maybe just me?

At least on a TJ I would want it all the way to the floor.Too easy for someone to flip the seat forward and access the stuff i was trying to protect in the back.

Nice work. That's probably the best looking trunk build I've seen in a long time. If I didn't wanna give up the backseat, this is what mine would look like!!
