Parts required for automatic to manual swap

Hi I have a 05 jeep wrangler unlimited rubicon with a 42 RLE automatic transmission. I'm looking to do a swap to a NV3550 5 speed. I'm just needing to know a full parts list that will be required on my side, and if possible the other sides as well (the manual to automatic swap.

Google? No idea since your jeeps all computerized. For us old jeeps

Pedal assembly
Transmission
Mounts
Clutch
Throw out bearing
Input bearing
Pressure plate
Flywheel
Starter
Shift assembly
Driveshafts
And some minor little thinga

You might have to change out your ecm. It might be as simple as getting it reflashed for the transmission exchange. Since it controls the shift points and torque converter lock up. Not sure who to check with rhat one. Maybe calling the techs at painless wiring? Stealership?
