cj rear crossmember body mounts rusted out HELL P

Almost done with this jeep.

I learned recently I need to replace the rear cross member and C-channel thanks tto rust. Basically the body is unable to attach to the frame at the 2 rear mounts. So when driving it is loose and noisy. I bought a few 36" pieces of C- channel to replace the body side mount points, and I have the rear crossmember on order.

Anyone ever done this job?

Its gonna involve cutting out the rusty cross member and C-channel and reattaching the new. The part I'm curious about is how I'm gonna get in there without removing the tub entirely.

Any ideas? I'm hoping to jack the tub and frame apart to have space to work in.
