I have a Jeep 2003 4x4 Wrangler- It has been a very reliable but with 148000 miles on her, things are beginning need repaired or replaced. It has now been in the shop 2 times to fix this intermittent shake- usually at a high speed on the high way when I hit a overpass or filled pot hole... they have just replaced the tie rods, stabilizer shock, ball joint- and guess what??? It shook so bad today-- it scared me to death-- does anyone know what I should do to fix my baby???? Or do I just sound like a crazy woman???? HELP please

Yes you could do most yourself.

Do a dry steering test. Look for all or any movement in balljoints, tie rod ends, track bar, control arms. Also worn shocks, u joints in axels or drive shafts... All those allow for DW to occur.
Replace any worn components.

Check your alignment!

Replace the track bar bolt with the largest diameter bolt that will fit through the bar and mount. The factory one is small.
