Looking for a new carb

Well,the jeep is currently not drivable due to the P.O.S. carter carb Iv got under the hood.I am now looking for a new carb.Im thinken a new carb will run about $300 bucks???What kind of carb should I look for???Where can I find one???Thanks for all of your help. :wink: Sully[addsig]
