Seat bushings

My 2005 TJ has these plastic bushings on the seat. A few of them have broken off however I can't see that it really impacts the seat function. Does anyone know if these are replaceable and more importantly is it worth replacing them?

Please excuse all the mud I finally made it off-roading again and haven't had time to clean up.

The broken bushing was around the post at the top of the photo.

Edit... Thought you meant the busing the seat glides on. The one on the post is what you are referring to. I haven't the slightest clue what they are there for.

Old:
Yep is almost locks the seat in place. I bought Teflon shoulder bushings from true value. They needed some modification to fit. Was considering brass but I need a shop to thin them.
Having them in makes a world of difference when flipping the seat up and back.
