ABS and traction control disable

What year make model?

Did you turn them on or were they set due to some issues?

Yes

on some vehicles traction control kicks in under a few non slip conditions.
One when tire pressure is low and you make a turn. System senses wheel speeds outside range and it kicks in.
Or, If your steering wheel isn’t centered. It assumes you are in a turn snd again wheel speeds are outside of range.
Or if any wheel speed sensor is going bad.

Ive even read loose track bars causing issues because of their tie into alignment.

You didn’t note what vehicle or year…

Ok I’m not sure how to do that.

there is no button to turn them off by the hvac or by your left knee?

i don't remember how to turn that stuff off though

On my 2014 to turn off traction control there is a switch on my center console that has the same symbol that appears on the dash when your tires slip. It’s down near the hazards button.
