I've got a very small leak

My check engine light is on, and my code reader has determined that I have:

P0456: Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected (very small leak, check fuel cap, piping, etc)
P0457: Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected (fuel cap loose/off)

I looked at my evap canister, as the hose was popped off of it last time, but it looks good now.
Any ideas where I should look first, or a likely culprit?

Did you overfill your tank lately? Right up the fill tube?

Sadly, the light has been on for a couple of months now, spanning a few fill-ups.

Id start with the gas cap and vac lines up front.
On mine i cleaned the area the gasket from the cap sits with scotch-bright to make it smooth.

Re: I've got a very small leak

I found it. It was the plastic hose that goes from the tank / evap canister back to the front of the Jeep. Where the plastic line mates to the hard line, it broke off.

I'm having a heck of a time finding this hose online. For the time being I've wrapped them together with a big wad of tape
It looks like I may have to drop the tank to successfully replace this.
