83 CJ7 Heater Fan Stuck On

Hello, just bought a 1983 CJ7. When I got it home, I realized that the heater fan is stuck on and runs no matter what setting I have on the knob. Any thoughts on what to look at first to try and resolve?

Hey Paul.
Start at the fan and work back to the fusebox and ground.
On some later models the plastic connectors melt and short power to fan settings.
