Need help with 2.5L swap

I just purchased a 1997 TJ with a blown 2.5 engine and I was wanting to replace it with another 2.5. I want to know if all 2.5's with MPI will interchange with the 1997.[addsig]

Stick with '95 and newer, actually late '95 is when the TJ-style 2.5L began and carried over into the '97. There are slight differences in early '95 and older.

What about a 2.5L from a 1997 or newer Dodge Dakota.[addsig]
