O2 sensor location for '97 TJ

Ok, I've determined that it is a bad O2 sensor that is tripping my "Check Engine" light in my '97 TJ. And while the "hillbilly" method of removing the "Check Engine" bulb is a good idea (Thanks MudderChuck), it doesn't fix the problem. I can get the sensor part for next to nothing if I can get some advise on where to locate the sensor and some mechanical guidance. Any advise and help would be much appreciated since you guys seem to know more than half the mechanics in this town.

p.s. Yes, I did remove the bulb, but i'm putting it back when I get it fixed. How's that for a true Jeeper!?!?

I believe it is either screwed directly into the converter or just before it in the exhasust pipe.[addsig]
