Webber or MotorCraft

What do you guys suggest? Webber or Motorcraft? I have an 82 cj with the 258. Stock carb starves on any kind of angle. What are the pros and cons of either? Thnx

I had the stock carter. It was terrible so I had it rebuilt and lasted for a short time. I hated to spend the money but bought a webber and could not believe the difference. I have read really good reports here about the motorcraft too. I think it is considerabley cheaper and I would probably have gone that route had I known it. Gook luck and I'll bet you'll be pleased either way.

Motorcraft 2150 is cheaper, easier to tune, and runs better at angles.

Cost alone was the reason I went with the Motorcraft. Now had I to do it over I would still go Motorcraft. Runs great on all sorts of angles. tug

I just finished putting a motorcraft on my Jeep and I would have to say the difference is almost unreal. I got my carb from here. http://www.carbcareusa.com/ I was the cheapest price I found for the Carb. $199.99 Flow tested and bench adjusted. Let us know if you needed more Info.
