2-3 inch lift? which one?

I want to lift my '95 wrangler 2 to 3 inches but I'm having a hard time finding the one that works for the right amount of money! I'm looking at the 3" Rough Country lift has anyone heard or tried this system? I'm also looking at the 2" Rubicon Express system. I'll take any subjection's you have

I did see that post, but I would like to see if anyone has infomation on the Rough Country???

I can get a 3" for about $400! is it worth it? or should I stick with the R-express?
