Yea, there's a lot bigger rubber piece on top of the windshield frame, I'm pretty sure thats why they dont make the drill type header for the 03

I tried to call Bestop, and it didnt really help any. Anybody else want to make a guess?

Honestly if the tire is the right size, I'd just get a cover for the spare and forget it. I do like how they look without the spare on the back, but I'm kinda like these guys, I dont like the idea of not having a spare. Sure enough, the day I took off without one would be the day I got a flat.

Just curious, the 03 and newer TJ skids have that huge scoop on the front that hangs down a lot further than the older TJ skids, is there any chance the older style skid might fit? I think the huge scoop was there for the auto trannies, so if ya dont have the auto and the older style would fit...

You can run 31's without a lift, although if your running factory rims you may have to adjust the steering stops to prevent rubbing with the steering at full lock. And I dont know what kind of tire your looking at, but 200 each for 31's is awful steep. Id keep looking if I were you. Oh yea...
