Let's see... scratching head..... what else.... bent rim, hub bearing going out, driveshaft out of balance, plain ole bad tire (internal searation). That's all I can think of right now.

I'd just start by getting all 4 balanced.

I just got the control arm out of the way, ground down a good surface, and welded everything back together. I just used some 3/16 sheet metal and made a few gussets from that. Welded them to the sides and top of both the brackets. Hope this helps. If I still had the TJ, I'd take some pics, but...

I don't think there would be any damage to the rear diff unless you rode it pretty hard. I'd just weld up the bracket, gusset both of them a bit, and run it like you stole it. Same thing happened on my 97 TJ, except on the pass. side. I had no damage at all to the diff.

Looks like some good quality stuff. I'm interested in almost everything they have. Wish they listed some prices though.

You don't have to "remove" the steering wheel, but just drop it out of the way by taking off the bolts that hold it to the dash. I have never taken out the center console to do it either, but it might make it easier by giving you more room to work. If you have never done it before, be prepared...

Banks Torque Tubes (kinda pricey, but worth it), 2 1/2" down pipe, high flow cat, Raven Z-55 series muffler (had a Z-33 series on my 97 Tj, but it was just toooo load), and 2 1/2" tailpipe. Probable gain - 20+ HP, but haven't had it dyno'ed as yet.

Sorry, I forgot about the usermane/password thing. What he did was to use 2 tailgate vents from, i believe a 97 TJ, and mounted them 9" from the front edge of the hood. This does involve cutting 2 6" x 6 1/2" holes in your hood though. If I could remember how to post pics, I would.
