Actually, the problem is that it WON'T lock. And yeah, it's electronic, and I'm sure that wire's the suspect, I just don't know if it's part of the whole carrier, or if it's replaceable.

I personally like lots of wheel travel room, so if people are losing flares with 37's on a 4", I'd stay with 35's, or maybe consider trying a 1" body lift. Also, I'm trashing the AT's on mine and going with muds...I've had too many spots the AT's just wouldn't bite. I'm in a 07 Rubi Unlimited.
