I have a 94 Grand C. 4L. The outer crank pulley has separated from the inner pulley. Has this happened to anyone else? There is alittle room to work, I was wondering if I can remove and install a new pulley without pulling the radiator. Thanks for any help.

Added information; alot of housings take a Torx bit, this is a hex. Thanks.

I have a 93 Grand C.4.0L. I need to replace the o-ring on the oil filter housing. To remove the bolt thru the housing I need a hex bit, it looks to be about 3/4 inch. Does anyone know the exact size of the bit needed. Thanks.

I am pulling the transmission on my 93, it however takes the 42RE transmission. Hard to come by in good condition, in my area anyway. I am told you can't interchange it with the AW4. Can anyone tell me the difference between them? Thanks.

I'm pulling the transmission on a 93 grand cherokee 4.0. I was thinking I could pull the transmission without removing the exhaust. Now I can't see how I can remove the dip stick bolt without getting the pipe out of there. Any advice on removing the top bell housing bolts. Thanks for any help.:cry:

I have a 93 Grand cherokee 4.0. When dropping the transmission do I have to remove the exhaust. Its tight but it appears that if I can pull the transmission far einough back it will clear. Thanks for any help.

I have a 93 grand with the 4.0l engine. I need to remove the oil filter housing to replace the o-rings. Everyone says to use a T60 bit. I cant see how that fits onto my housing. The recess in the bolt appears much larger than a t60. Can someone help me here. Thanks, Mark.
