09 Wrangler X radiator cooling fan

The radiator cooling fan on my Wrangler will not shut off, I have to either pull the J19 fuse or disconnect the negative battery post when I get to work/home. It started doing this about 3 days ago and remains running for hours on in...even after it sat over night for 8 hours with the battery disconnected, I reconnected and it started running again. Any ideas on what could be wrong and how I could possibly fix it myself?

Sounds like a bad relay..

There are 2 relays one in the fuse box and the other is behind the pass head light one of them is bad.
