2.5 lift 4 cj5

Skyjacker 5th link traction bar.

Depends on what year CJ5 it is. The 76-86 CJs all use the same lift except for the shocks. When they went to widetrack axles in 82 they went to longer shocks. The springs are the same though, as well as all hardware.

If your CJ5 is older than 76, you might be able to use the springs but it won't be a bolt in deal.

RE: Laptop Stolen

It's a 74 how hard will it be and what will I have to replace? Someone else said they had some DJ-5 springs I was wondering if they are something that I could use. I don't know what they are so I wasn't sure if i could use them.

I don't know about the DJ-5 springs, but considering that DJs are 2wd and they all were pretty much beat to hell and back......I would doubt they make a good choice

Your factory rear springs are 2" wide aren't they? The later CJ rear springs are 2.5" wide. Also, I THINK your springs are shorter from eye to eye. I would imagine the later springs would be an easy retrofit, but it would require some reworking of the spring and shackle mounts.
