I'm building a 2wd desert fright and have bought a 4.3 engine and trans.. I would like to use a Dana 35 or Ford 8.8 rear end.. my jquestion is is there any stock drive shaft that will fit directly between my 27 spline 4l60 trans and rear end? Or is the another axle that will ? I need an axle width of between 60 and 64 inches with minimal weight... Disc brakes are a plus as well.. I plan on welding up the spider gears so no LSD is needed any help is great! And cheapest is best
