I got to see the Airgas Chopper built by OCC this week. Boy it was sweeet..
They had two built. One was an old school style and it is traveling in the east and the other, the one I saw, is a long stretched out chopper.
Funny story. It was in Dallas over the last week. They pull it in a plain white, F250 4X4 Offroad crew cab with a plain, black, wells cargo motorcycle trailer. While it was parked inside the Dallas Airgas yard overnite, the night before the scheduled show, it was stolen.
Some knuckle dragging morons thought the trailer was full of welders or something and broke into the truck and drove the whole rig through the chain link fence.
As soon as it was discovered gone, a massive recovery was launched including the Ft Worth/Dallas police helicopters.
About 4 hours later it was spotted in a Home Depot parking lot. The trailer lock was broken but the bike was fine. All they took was some small hand tools out of the trailer.
The poeleece suspect that when they realized what was there that they could not fence a one of a kind $100,000 chopper too easy so they abandoned everything, but not before the HD security cameras got a picture of them. They think they will be able to track them down shortly.
