At the end of last summer, every once in a while, my Jeep would start clicking whenever it was put into gear (Drive, 1, 2, Reverse). If I put it into Neutral or Park, then it'd stop. I instantly thought the worst.... THE TRANSMISSION. After going to a mechanic, he said that the clicking was too quick to be the transmission.... phew. This only happens once in a long while (once every 2-3 weeks?) then it stops. Plus, it didn't do it once while the weather was cold, so for a solid 6 or 7 months.
