CPS sensor prolems? Something else?

Bleeding a 95 AX15

So, sometimes when I punch the jeep, the power seems to lack... It feels as if its running on only a few cylinders. Other times, it just takes off and the 4.0l just screams. I was thinking this may be due to a bad CPS, but if you guys have any other ideas, please, let me know....

It could be all the things like fuel filter, air filter, and all that other good stuff. Could also be the points in the distributer are a little corroded (clean them off).

I don't know anything about that electronic stuff though.

Have a clean K&N, just changed the fuel filter, and I probably need to look at the cap, its been about a year and a half since I did anything to the ignition system...
