driveline vibration

I installed a transfer case drop kit, and this greatly reduced my driveline vibration. Can I further reduce the vibration by pointing the rear pinion towards the transfer case? I installed adjustable lower arms, so it would be fairly easy to do.

Thoughts?

Thanks!

If your pinion angle is extreme changing it with degree shims will help a bit. You also want to make sure your driveshaft is balanced and not the cause as well.

It helps you want 1 degree cancelation angle. Best way is a sye and a double cardon joint driveshaft. Best mod ever. And the travel is greater.

Sorry it should not exceed one degree you need to measure tge angles front and rear and try to match them but opposite. So if your front u joint angle is 2.5 degrees you need to match that on the rear but going opposite direction that gives you harmonic cancellation

Buy a cheap angle finder and adjust for this geometry:

Thanks! I bought an angle finder from sears when I did my caster adjustment in the front. I'll try to get the proper geometry in the rear
