So I got my lift on and now everything is falling apart.

I was recently at a beach and there was a sign that said:
-no dogs without a leash
-no alcohol on beach
-no bonfires
-no grills
-this water is not regulary tested for bacteria
-no lifeguard on duty

but it didnt say anything like "no motorized vehicles"

...so, should I???

Thanks for the help

Could be illegal, and not posted, kinda like the sign not saying 'Don't kill the chubs in the speedo' Ignorance of the law is no defense, be informed, and don't give jeepers a bad name :D

Hhhhmmmm,

Seems like that sign could be abbreviated
and still get the point across.

For example:

No fun allowed
:( Go home! :(

Dude,

I got in trouble twice two weeks ago on vacation in NC because of the same thing> Just cuz it's not posted doesn't mean it's allowed, or so I found out. <sigh> Be careful man, there's fines in that stuff.

you sound like your a cop or something

you could call the local police station and ask, or the beach authority and find out if it is allowed...

id do it and then if the cops come pull something like tom green does in freddy got fingured when he goes into the cartoon studio building for the first time...."its for the schacher"

If you are describing hampton beech Johnny7point0, yes it is illegal untill after labor day. thats when all the fat speedo wearin' canadians leave and head back up north don't chya know! (disclaimer not all canadians are fat nor do they all wear speedo's)
If you do the day after labor day they will hassle you, they kinda want you to wait till all the tourists are gone!

97 TJ engine swap...

I wouldn't without making a couple of calls first ....:)
