My $250 WINCH!!! (pics)

I got it from a dude on another board. It arrived Wednesday, took it out of the badly damaged box (UPS), nothing broken, took it to work Thursday, and installed it. And here it is: Ramsey REP 8000 w/remote, fairlead, and mount.

I think the fog lights have to go, I don't like them.

Congrats, I know the feelin. Got my M8274 for $100 :twisted: Now you'll find yourself looking for reasons to use it, like winching the stalled riding mower from the back yard, or using a snatch block to straighten your tierod :roll:

I had to remove it, there is only so much room for stuff on the front of an old CJ. I really want to know where in the he!! I am gonna reinstall my KC Daylighters. I love those lights, and I want to reinstall them, but i have no idea where to go with them. HELP!!!!
