Nedd help with body mount work

The piece that extends from the crossmember that the rear body mount attaches to is totally rotted on my 79 cj5. I need to remove this old piece off and spot weld a new one back on before i can replace the body mounts but i don't know if i can find this piece after market or if i should fabricate it somehow. I could us some suggestions.[addsig]

I cut mine off and used a five food section of 3 inch square stock. Instead of welding it to the frame, I welded brackes to bolt it to the frame so I can check for inside frame rust. Just cut the body mounts off the old crossmember or fab some new ones. The rear crossmember is stronger and you have a stronger, more surface area to mount accessories.
