Rear grinding ?

I have a 93 YJ Manual. I can not find out where the grinding is coming from. It only happens when I slow down. I've re-built the transfer case. The pinion bearing and gears have no damage. U-joints are new. My transmission was re-built a year ago. It doesn't do it when I take the rear driveshaft off, if that helps.It shifts fine in all gears and I have all my high and low gears. Any info would be appreciated.

I would re-check the coast side of the rear diff. ring and pinion gears and anything else that is loaded during a deceleration like the bearings.
