Anyone do this yet? I searched the web and even watched a YouTube video. I do as they say 'stick a screwdriver into the inner slot at the one o'clock position and attempt to turn the outer ring in a counterclockwise direction.' This has not worked for me. When I get back to it later, I'm going to try a phillips since it just occurred to me that I was using a flat.
