Hard Top Defroster Wiring?

Hard Top

K, I have the hard top for the jeep, and its a YJ top.... The Harness from the rig perfectly fits the harness on the top... the switch on the dash even lights up... i just have no idea how to connect the glass to the top's wiring... if someone can hook me up w/ the info and maybe some pictures of theirs, it would be greatly appreciated. . .

Your glass should have a wire coming out on both sides near the bottom of the glass on the inside. These wires attach to the shocks that hold the glass up in the opened position...there should be tabs on the shocks to attach the wires. On the other end of the shocks, there should be another tab. The wire that comes out of the hardtop should attach to these tabs. I had a problem with the current not flowing properly through the shocks and just had to bend the tabs a little till they made proper contact.
