I dont think that it is all it is made out to be.. I think that it is just another way for the government to help baby the auto industry out of the "slump" (as if they didnt give them enough money already)

I am just looking to see what you guys think.

From what I understand, the money would go to the dealer, not the buyer. I may be wrong, but that's what I see it to be. :shades:
