My tie rod end on the drivers side wherl needs replacing and because its all stock im just wondering what else should i do, if anyone can help with this it would be a big help. This is just a daily driver to and I've gotta save up to do me work on it, so kind of on a tight budget to tho. Should I just do all the tie rods and wheel alignment or..

You can do just the one, and match the threads between new and old to get the alignment back where it was.
 
Yea. I've been thinking about just doing the 1 that needs it bt now I'm thinking of making it better.... I'm just not sure how to go about it

If you end up getting an alignment I'd recommend the firestone lifetime alignment. It costs more than a single alignment, however I end up using it every year when I get my Jeep inspected.
