Hey guys, got a 95 xj 4.0l ho, i put on a ram air setup, and put a rousch muffler on, no cat. what other things can i do to gain more power from the motor besides a rebuild, it is pretty decent, what kind of valve springs would be better if any, i have 155k on the motor and transmission, country model 2wd

You could cam it, check out comp cams. You could throw a set of headers on it you could supercharge or turbocharge you can port the heads you can upgrade your ignition system you could get a Jet performance chip although alot of people say they don't work, but some think so I personally think they do but ive never tried it, you can stroke it but you have to tear into the block for that. There isn't a whole lot of options for the 4.0L.
