how many years was this buick v-6 used?are parts available? what oil filter does it take? what spark plugs do i use for this accel high kilovolt system? the hand choke cable is unhooked and you can't move the lever on the carb it hooks to,can it be used?

my 63 willys cj5 is an automatic but it has 3 shifting levers for the four wheel drive,also it has a buick v-6,the guy i bought it from said they only made these for two years --is this true?
