I am changing out my ignition switch on my 76 CJ7 and am having problems getting the old one out. I have pulled the steering wheel, the lockplate, and removed the screws but the switch will not come out HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Now the only thing I really did was change the lift from shackle to true suspension, put spray in bed liner on the floor boards, undercoated it with POR-15, and put in new seats and brackets...... I am still working on it every...
I got the tailgate hinges off the problem I am having is with the mounts that the cables attach to, I will try and cut it open and get to the back side. Thanks for the advice.....
I purchased a new tailgate for my cj but need the hardware off of the old one. Needless to say after being attached for 33 years it does not want to come off. I have tried PB Blaster and heat (I have broke 2 torx bits). Any ideas would be helpful........

When I was a kid my friends dad had one and that got it started, I finished my active duty time in the Army and went to a reserve unit and they still had some old Jeeps in commission that I had to use, that finished it. I bought my first Jeep in 1994...
I am changing out my front bumper and do not want to mount the tow bar brackets to the new bumper. Has anyone used the tow bar shackles before? Are they worth it?
I need to patch a hole in the side of my jeep where the antenna used to be. I have used Bondo in the past but it has cracked under impact. Does anyone know of a better alternative??????
