My first Jeep was a two door Cherokee. 1984 with a stick and four banger. Averaged 22 MOH on the highway with a small trailer in tow. That is why my current Wrangler is a four banger. Had a 86 Grand Wagoneer after we outgrew the Cherokee. 360 was a gas hog, but what a sweet beast.

When I went to get my transmission rebuilt, I was told that the nsg370 was only used in 05 and 06, so the parts were real expensive ($1400 for a rebuild kit). So, is it the same transmission used in the 08?

I am looking for either the round lock or the whole latch assembly for my 05 TJ. The lock on the driver's side is seized up. It has lower soft doors. I would really like some lower hard doors in white.
