When you say turns over but wont crank. Two places I'd start are fire and fuel. Good luck brother!

Looks like he might have done a TFI ignition upgrade. Do some research on the net. Might be something you would want to keep. Could be dressed up tho looks like a hack job.

I would think if a break was dragging you would have a definite pull when in two wheel drive also.

It will probably see as much road as trail, but I want it to be structurally sound when I'm trailing. Im willing to give up some road comfort for peace of mind.

Right now its a TF 727 and a dana 300. Pretty sure when I do all of this I'm going to go ahead with the ford version T18. I figure if im going to do all these mods might as well go all out.

I have decided to drop a fuel injected 302 in my jeep to replace my tired 4.2. Anyone got any suggestions? Actually was thinking on a 5.0 HO.

Hello all. I've been hanging around for sometime now. Decided its high time I become involved. Just purchased a 80 cj7 few months ago now going at it from the ground up. Got her to the frame so far. All input will be appreciated and will have pics to follow if I can figure this new phone out.

If it sat up for a long time i would consider purging the tank before doing anything. Then replace fuel filter again and fill with good gas and system cleaner. Just to start.
