I don't recall if that choke control is vacuum actuated or electric. If it's electric, make sure there's 12volts going to the wire attached to the choke. If it's a vacuum or thermostatic actuator , check the spring in the choke housing, they sometimes break.

Check the axle u-joints and the front driveshaft u-joints.
