Can anyone tell me where I can find this seal.? Or where I might find a replacement O ring seal... Transmission is in a 1998 Jeep Cherokee SE model with the 4.0 6 cylinder and automatic trans. 4 wheel drive. And the o ring seal goes on the trans filler tube where it goes into the transmission.

JPNinPA. Thank you for the quick reply.. I didn't know what it was, as I've never done a lift on a jeep..! I'm going to pull the entire coil and absorber out and see if I can trace down the numbers, and locate the manufacture and either try and get a new shock if possible or the entire...

anybody out there able to tell me which named and part number shocks will fit {replace} my original shocks IN the coil spring on front of my 1998 cherokee XJ...??? 4 wheel drive

well, checked out all the items everyone wrote about and could not find any problems with any of the recommended items to check ...weird huh ? but thanks to all who replied, at least now I know what to check for on front end problems...

ok, I printed out the things you said to do on the tests, and will get started quick as I can on them. The list sounds as if it should cover everything possible to check and how to do, I appreciate it..! My tires are stock size and rims are also. :shades:
