so i dont mean to hijack your thread but so team twisted your saying add ATF to your oil then drive it home from work (using it as a refrence) then change the ouil right after but it will help clean motor?
just look for every and anything that could be wrong with it and take that into acount. also make sure you take it for a test drive and try out ALL of the gears 2hi 4hi 4lo first second third fourth and fifth.
i may be new but i have looked at the charts and 488 is alittle high for 33". it willll give you great acceleration but ****ty top spead and worse fuel economy. if i where you i would use the 4.56 gears unless your nto guna drive it on road at all and then maybe i would go with 4.88 just for...
But save your money and get a Real jeep. 86.5-90 YJ only jeep with square headlights and the best ones around (in my opinion) and you can save a but load of money that can be spent on other upgrades. Like OBA or a winch or both :) By the way if you go to jeepforum.com and go to the YJ section...
ok so its posative from battery going to the two middle terminals on relay and the right terminal goes to the switch then to negative on battery. then the far left one goes to fan and the negative from the fan goes to negative on battery? or jsut ground to frame? how do i get the dry and wet...
This is what i did to fix the broken switch in the overhead light that i broke when i was 10. (i tried to turn it on while it had water in it) I used a dremel tool to widen the hole for the switch and replaced it with this unknown one that untill i turned the jeep on I didnt know it glowed...
The only place i have seen backseat's for jeeps thats not expensive is your local junkyard. i checked all the site i know of (not that many cause im new) but the only place left is there that i can think of. I even tried a google seach but its all frigin seat covers.
