I have a 99 tj with no water flow in rad ,runs hot ,pass 210 will blow cap .heard that i could have wrong pump in it .everything on motor runs to right ,but the water pump runs counter clock wise ,cause it runs on back of serpentine belt. found a video on you tube showing a reverse rotation...
