My rig is a 93 YJ, so not sure if this is helpful ... If my selector switch is set to "VENT", the blower motor will not come on. If yours is the same setup, make sure mechanical connections (cables) are the way they should be as well.

Yeah, I also installed the polyurethane transmission mounts at the same time. By using polyurethane motor mounts, transmission mounts and in all spring bushings when I did my suspension lift, my YJ feels SOLID!

I was struck by "Youthful, open-air entry-level-size HUMMER". Can you say youthful, entry-level and Hummer in the same sentence? I certainly can't. Unless that youth can spring $40K from one of their endowments.
